The Thirst Project
The thirst project is that they help other countries who don't have access to clean water and if we don't help people will die by contaminated water but if we donate at least 1 dollar that can make a huge difference to them. It was born when they toke a photo and one college student heard about the water crisis in Uganda and decided to do give out water bottles to people so they can talk about the water crisis and then they talk to schools even churches to talk about the water crisis and to help out Uganda for a clean water and to be safe to drink it. They are trying to stop people from dying from drinking contaminated water and try to gather enough money to build a well. The solution to the problem is to donate at least a penny or whatever you can donate to help them to drink clean water by getting a well. The well cost 8,000 to 15,000.The organization is helping other countries like Uganda. I can help by donating or fundraising because we may think that oh by donating it wont help that much but for them is everything you can imagine just by donating your saving peoples lives from contaminated water.
I raised my dollar is since my dad gives me money I decided to give it to the people who really needed like Uganda because I usually don't need it that much I just waste it by buying useless things I don't need. What I felt was imagine me in their situation I didn't know that it was a huge crisis because we have water but there are other people who isn't lucky like us so that really open my eyes and if we help it will feel like a hero. Three ppen if we have lack of water is # 1 is we could get sick we could die without water, # 2 we wont have that much energy in our body. # 3 is we would die of contaminated water No I haven't seen it until when they talked about the crisis and honestly I felt sad and mad at the same time because they are dying.
Their were people asking where were the money go and they said it will go and make a well for Uganda and other countries to help them get clean water. How I would feel I would feel great and knowing that what I did was something right and it feels good to donate and help others. In my community I would save water because I wouldn't want to drink dirty water so my advice is to donate and keep our water safe.We should be thankful on what we have and grateful on what do have to survive because unfortunately their are countries who aren't lucky but if we donate they would be so thankful on what you did so my advice is to donate for the thirst organization.
